About LearningTracker

LearningTracker is a platform for recording observations of children's development and for intelligently analysing recorded observations to provide detailed advice, recommendations and activities - personalised for each individual child.

Developed to meet individual learning needs

LearningTracker was created to support young children with Down syndrome and children with similar learning needs.

Children experiencing learning delays and difficulties can benefit from targeted interventions and support from birth and throughout their childhood. However, it is not always easy to target the right intervention or teaching strategy at the right time to meet each individual's needs.

An extensible technology platform

Underpinning LearningTracker is a flexible, scalable and extensible technology platform for gathering a wide variety of observations from a broad range of sources and devices, and for analysing recorded observations - combined with rich models of early speech and language development - to provide evidence-based and data-driven recommendations.

The LearningTracker platform also offers extensive opportunities for researchers to collect and analyse developmental and educational data from real world settings at scale.

Building partnerships

As we developed the LearningTracker platform, it soon became obvious that the technologies could easily be extended to support many more children and families.

We are therefore seeking partnerships with organisations and research teams to extend and evolve the LearningTracker platform to better serve all children, with and without identified special needs.
